lettuce get started!

It’s been a while since I’ve actually written a post, checked it and posted it – most of my posts are scheduled because I’ve been doing a lot. Anyway, I’ve been so caught up in making strict plans for my blogs that I haven’t really made a completely random post about whatever I want in a while.
Also with homework and studying and LIFE IN GENERAL (ugh :/) I was struggling with two posts a week and making the thumbnails. Plus I read this thing that said you should spend 20% of your time making content for your blog and 80% of your time promoting it. If I’m honest I’d say I do it the other way around and I’m going to try very hard to do it the right way.
But lemme just say I reallyreallyreally enjoy writing my posts and taking the pictures and stuff.
I know that I use too many ‘and’s but I like saying stuff. So, with all that in consideration I’ve decided a few things:
-my routine was always to post on Tuesdays and Saturdays but from now on I’m going to post on Saturday mornings. I may also do a bonus post on Tuesday but we’ll see…
-this links directly to the first point and it is: I’m going to spend more time ‘promoting’ my blog. Apparently, that’s the most important thing so… I also am going to start doing loads of ‘tags.’ Basically interacting with other blogs because I’m a social butterfly ;)))
-you’ll be seeing more chatty-type posts where I just talk about good stuff and bad stuff and anything between haha. Basically that’s it but I really wanted to make this post so I’m going to have to put a line through my incredibly neat bullet journal blog planning spread.
That was an incredibly long sentence! Thanks for reading anyway! Here are a few other things to read 😉 >>>

This past… I don’t even know how long it’s been but let’s just say I’ve been busy. Today I’m just going to chat about that and…
I’ve never done this type of post before and I’ve actually enjoyed gathering up all my favourite things from this month! Also my birthday was yesterday so I’ll be doing some birthday related posts soon!
Jane the Virgin – this has honestly become my new favourite show! I’ve watched a whole season in a month (I usually take ages to watch a series!) It’s rated teen on Netflix and I really recommend it.
Seeing as I’m going back to school in September and you… Well I don’t know about you but the good thing about these pages is that anyone can use them! Whether you’re fifteen or fifty, you can use them and you don’t even need a bullet journal! Just use a random notebook! Now,
This spread is so great because it looks really organised and it makes you really organised. I use it to write the names of textbooks and my English books. And omg I just remembered I need to get a copy of Romeo and Juliet! Aaahh! Good thing I’ve got all these spreads to keep me sorted out 😉
Eating good food while in school has always been a struggle for me. Throughout primary school I had a mix of packed lunch and school dinners. I have a vivid memory of sitting, alone, at a table with some really disgusting bolognese. The pasta was too hard and the mince was grey, chewy and grisly. If I’m honest, those bad memories of being forced to finish my awful meals are partly what caused me to turn vegetarian! Here are my meal template type-things.
I thought this would be a good post to do so you can get to know me a little better :)))
